a very short advertiement has taken my attention on al3arabiah channel
simply its about shoon redmond an irish men who is aware of arabic @*@@*@@*@@*@@*@@*@@*@@*@ and speaks it very fluntly, the most stangest thing is that he has just married a saudi lady 3 monthes ago, he is proud to raise his kids on arabic @*@@*@@*@@*@@*@@*@@*@@*@.

any way i will not burn the programm, its going to be showen on friday 2pm local time as i think

i remember that i've seen a show called "friends of arabs" i don't know what the channel was, but it basically was interviewing the non-arabs that are speaking arabic and married to arabs. it shows their perception of the arab culture, the difficulties of assimilating into the culture and learning arabic. my favorite was a japanese woman married to an egyptian man and has kids. they live in cairo and she speaks arabic with a sharp egyptian accent. really interesting stuff.

I saw the show it was great

The man is extraordinary. The fact that he speaks Arabic and "Najd accent" in particular so fluently is amazing

Even the way he is dressed makes you believe he is a native. I enjoyed watching the show so much
